Train the Trainers (ToT)
As part of the Entrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Change project, youth workers from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, took part in a dynamic Train the Trainers Workshop and Study Visit in Athens, Greece. Over three intensive days, the training covered essential topics such as social business models, the EntreComp Framework, and how to spot opportunities in social entrepreneurship.
Participants had the chance to connect theory with real-life examples through inspiring study visits. At Shedia Home, they met with the team behind the social enterprise supporting people experiencing homelessness, discovering how creative projects and social initiatives can make a meaningful impact. The visit to Kypseli Municipal Market offered insight into how vibrant community spaces can foster local entrepreneurship and strengthen neighborhood ties.
Throughout the workshop, participants shared ideas, built connections, and developed practical skills that will help them bring entrepreneurial citizenship to their communities. Thanks to all project partners for their collaboration.
This training experience was full of learning, inspiration, and unforgettable moments—and it’s just the beginning!
